As part of our mission of promoting female snowboarders, we've created a photo and video crew: a group of hardcore shred girls who help us out when we need girls for video and photo shoots. This is an open-ended list of girls, and we'll keep adding to it as we meet new shredders. Crew girls appear along with our team riders in the videos, trick tips, photos, and much more. We will keep adding girls to our regional lists throughout the year, so if you'd like to be part of the crew, email our team manager Diana Sciandra Distrola ( diana@shredbetties.com ) to find out if she will be filming in your area. Tammie Varner Photos
We featured California rider Tammie Varner as Betty of the Month earlier this year, and now have added her to our film crew, so keep an eye out for footage of this up-and-coming rider. Tammie rides for Bonfire, Dragon, Omatic, Pharmacy Board Shop, Flux, Monster Energy Drink, GRO Clothing, and has been competing in major competitions like the Roxy Chicken Jam and Volcom PB & Rail Jam Campionship.

Crew Rider: Ashley Thornton
Bend, Oregon rider Ashley Thornton has been killing it in the Oregon scene, most recently winning the Dirksen Derby, a super fun looking banked slalom race (http://snowboarding.transworld.net/2008/12/16/2nd-annual-dirksen-derby/) that benefits two local injured snowboarders. She’s also won a slew of rail jams, including a recent one at Skjersaa in Bend. Keep an eye out for her in our upcoming Under the Radar videos, as well as rail jams and competitions around the West.

Crew Rider: Charlotte Trundle
Charlotte impressed us with her smooth styley riding video, and her passion for the sport - she travels between New Zealand and North America to get the best of both seasons, riding over 300 days a year. She’s been making a mark on the NZ competition scene, and look for her this winter in Summit County, CO.
