Tall Tees? Yes Please!
We all know XXL Tees are in for some fellow shredders because of their style and “gangsterness”. What if us ladies could also rock the tall tee style, but make it uniquely feminine and functional? Thanks to Miss Priscilla Levac, that steeze is possible!
With the only female role in Standard Films “Asthetica,” there is no doubt Priscilla has style. I’m not just talking about her snowboarding abilities, but also her creativity and fashion sense.
Things got started in 2007, when she didn’t get to give the season 100% due to an injury. Instead of just dwelling in a tub of ice cream, she and her Mom, Susanne set out on an endeavor that Priscilla had always had in the back of her mind, but never had the time to follow through with. With creative sketches and a supportive mom, Priscilla launched her own first-layer clothing line, Cilla.
Cilla’s clothing is made from green materials such as bamboo, lycra, cotton, recycled polyester, and chitosante. Chitosante? I repeated the word numerous times myself. Chitosante is a new environmentally friendly fabric made from crab and/or shrimp shells. It has natural and durable anti-bacterial properties. Lovely! Just in case you love your Cilla-wear a little too much to wash it, you won’t have to worry about germs and smell cramping your style.
These layers are also fashionable, with a wide variety of collections and patterns, all in the signature long fit. From stripes to polka dots, to simple colour, there is a pattern that will suit your gear and your style.
Team riders Prisicilla Levac, Hanna Beaman, Erin Comstock, Alexis Waite, Mary-France Roy, and amateur riders Ashley Turnbull and Caroline Onzik are all rocking Cilla’s under-layer this season, for comfort and style.

Check out the Cilla website at http://www.cilla.ca for more. If you click on the “where to buy” page, there are some local shops in the US and Canada, along with online stores that carry Cilla.
