Tell us about your super exciting plans for the upcoming season.
Getting super stoked! I plan on riding as much as I possibly can. Definitely plan to land a backflip as well as working on my frontside 5’s, grabs while spinning, and I would really be stoked on a rodeo.
What did you think of snowboarding the first time you tried it?
Loved it. I went with my friend and her bro who was going to teach us, but the only thing we got out of him was, “Well see you guys at the bottom!” It didn’t take us too long to figure it out. We got pretty rocked, and at one point I had to go rescue my board which escaped me and went into the trees, but I had a blast and was totally hooked.

If you couldn’t snowboard, what would you do?
I would be seriously depressed, but I would make by and maybe work on my childhood dreams as becoming an Equestrian Olympic Rider. …now if only I had that $80,000 horse. Or I guess I could make good use out of my degree and work 60 hour work weeks in the construction industry.
Pirates or ninjas?
Pirate’s aarrrgghh cool!
Park or powder?
Powder for sure, but a sunny park day with your homies is pretty excellent as well.
Competition or filming?
Filming… I haven’t competed much, but during my only slopestyle comp thus far the one thing I kept
thinking is, “Wow, I could have lapped the park twenty times by now.” Also, you can get pretty creative with filming, and there’s way less pressure.
Any advice for girls just getting started with snowboarding?
Just keep shreddin’! You’re going to fall. And you’re going to be sore, but just set little goals to accomplish every time you go ride and most importantly, have fun!
Describe your perfect day of snowboarding.
Bluebird powder day at your favorite mountain with no lift lines.
What can’t you live without?
My family, friends, mountains, snow… and Mountain Dew
Non-Snowboard Activity:
Riding horses (show jumping/eventing), motocross, diving, eating, mountainboarding. What’s mountainboarding? Check it out at onefivemedia.com
Snowboard Wax: Hmm not too picky. Whatever I can wax on and wax off.
Snowboard Movie: Think Thank’s Patchwork Patterns
Beauty Product: Not too into the whole beauty thing, but I rarely leave the house without mascara.
Cartoon: The Simpsons w/ South Park in a very close second.
Snowboard Trick: Backside 180.
Snack: I love fishes ‘cause they’re so delicious… Gone Goldfishin’! …Goldfish.
Inspiration: Definitely my madre and padre. They are the hardest working people I have ever known, and are so supportive of all of my passions.
