Home Mountain: Mammoth
Setup: Yankee whip
Sponsors: Stheart Cloting, Yankee Snowboards, Allyance, OPP, Monster Energy, Thug Crew, Carnival Boardshop
Recent Competitions: Did a rail jam last weekend. I was hurt all summer, so I stood on the sidelines and was the offical coach/cheerleader.  Now I’m back in action and ready for 09! Oh…actually, I raced my friend across the street the other day, and I totally won!

Favorite thing about snowboarding?

When I’m riding, nothing else in the world matters. I absolutely love all the little things about being on the hill that make snowboarding so incredible.

What song would you pick for your video part?

I’ve got a couple in mind, it depends on the type of footage I have. I like songs that correspond to the mood the riding is trying to portray.

What is the coolest place you’ve traveled to ride?

New Zealand club fields. The clubbies are unique, laid back, and so much fun when there is snow…the possibilites are endless!

Worst Trend in snowboarding:

“insurance agents”...aka people who claim everything.

If you couldn’t snowboard, what would you do?

I would have to go to a lot of therapy!

Favorite pro rider?

Sorry, he’s not a snowboarder….Rob Machado

Pirates or Ninjas?

Ninjas on the hill, pirates at the party

Backcountry or resort?

Backcountry

Competition or filming?

Filming! Call me American, but I love going out and building features myself, and finding unique things to shred.  This summer I worked on my editing, and since have been having all kinds of fun with “shred-u-mentaries”.

What’s the most embarrassing thing that’s happened to you in a competition?

I had a drink in my jacket pocket I forgot about because I was in a rush to get a practice run in. I fell and the drink exploded, but I didn’t notice it until I was back at the top of the run. By that time the drink had frozen to the outside of my pants, and basically it looked like I peed myself, and then it froze.  Good times.

This girl destroys it and is so much fun to ride with.  Plus come on who doesn’t like someone that loses at Ro Sham Bo and then has to do a tree ride.
