I know a few people who’ve recently become uber famous snowboard bloggers. Well, according to them, anyway. So I thought it’d be funny to pit the blogger egos against each other and see who comes out on top. Or on bottom.
Plus I added in a few random other folks to keep things balanced.

Definitely shayboarder… she actually has relevant information and is interesting to read. It’s her own content and she doesn’t just link to other sites and say, “Go here and read it”... she actually explores it and digs through and shares her findings with everyone. The industry needed someone like this and shay came by. I think she’s a great resource and addition to the industry. Whether you like it or not, she’s here to stay and has a firm place in the industry.
Some people might complain that she asks the same questions for the industry profiles, but no matter what, the answers are always totally different and unexpected. What I really like about her blog is that it appeals almost to everyone, rather than just a specific audience. She also updates every morning, which is nice, gives me something to read while I drink my coffee :D Go Shannon, you rock!

According to them? I’ve known Shay for a long time and she never once said, “OH I’M AN UBER FAMOUS SNOWBOARD BLOGGER!” As a matter of fact, she never let it go to her head and she doesn’t abuse her status. She is one of the most humble people I know, despite being so well-known. She’s really genuine and is stoked every time a stranger comes up and recognizes her and gives her props.
Er, yeah, it’s a joke - technically I wrote it to give Avran shit. Of course not one of these people announces that they uber famous snowboard bloggers. Who would do that?
And I’ve also known shannon for quite a while… remember when she used to introduce herself as shannon, and not “shayboarder”?
Clearly, the result of this poll is that Shred Betties isn’t famous enough to hold a poll.
ps - not very nice of you to imply that all the rest of these guys don’t have original content…
I don’t get it, how am I implying that? All I said was Shannon has her own content. I never said, “No one else has original content”, I don’t know where you got the idea I was implying that. I’ve only read some of the other blogs a handful of time, not enough for me to make such a claim.

I’m sorry if I misinterpreted this, but it sounds pretty much like you’re saying that other people link to sites and say “go here and read it” ?
I really don’t want to argue, so go ahead and say something else about how I must agree with all of our crew riders in order to support them, you can have the last word.

It’s all good, and no, I’m not saying that every site does that, but I have stumbled upon some who does that, I don’t think any of them are in your poll though. I didn’t also say you must agree with your riders, but it’s not really cool to say what you did on twitter, I don’t think it’s right for any company to do that.
