A local from Newport RI who has skied all her life and is a former pro figure skater…. She has tried boarding once before but was surprised to find there wasn’t enough female boarders on the mountains. She has decided to concur the mountain but next season it will be on a board instead of ski’s…. !!!!
Over my Easter trip home I was able to introduce my love of snowboarding to Tiffany “while coloring eggs LOL” She has never been on a snowboard and had never intended to either…. After talking to her she will be trying out snowboarding for the first time next season… and promises when she falls she will get back up and keep going…. I was sad to hear her say she thought it really was a mans sport… ummmm NO!!! and she is now educated and ready to set the record strait to everyone else whom is miss informed!!!!
She has just signed up today for Shredbetties.com and she love it!!!! She is excited to go snowboarding for the first time next season and is going to attend a Camp to make sure she learns how to board and doesn’t give up….
