The Contest:

Is your board a bit beat up after this season? Outerwear held together by duct tape? No cash for a new setup for next season? Well, worry no more: Shred Betties is sponsoring our first annual all-girl snowboarding scavenger hunt. We'll be releasing a series of lists of items to hunt for/photograph/make. Each item will be worth points, and whoever earns the most points will win a free setup for next season! Second and third place prices include SkullCandy headphones, Shred Betties hoodies, beanies, and more. Good luck!

The Prizes:
Shred Betties & our sponsors will set the winner up with all new gear for next season, including outerwear from Monix, a Never Summer Pandora snowboard, Northwave Legend Lady boots, Drake DL bindings, Eesa Lux Layering base layer & socks , Von Zipper Goggles , SkullCandy Ti Headphones, a Bula beanie, and more! Runners up will recieve hoodies, stickers, beanies, and other swag.

Notes:
Some of you may be wondering why we started this so late in the season, right when your resorts are about to close. Well, we had to make it a bit challenging, right? The goal of the contest is to keep girls interested in and thinking about snowboarding over the summer. If your local hill is closing, think about a creative or different way to accomplish some of the items on the list.

The Rules

All responses are to be submitted digitally, in a single .zip folder, or by mail in a single package by midnight Mountain time on June 30, 2008. If submitting digitally, please include a document with your name, address, and email, and the answers to all text clues.
The winner will be selected based on who has the most points, with 5 points for special clues, and 1 point for regular clue, so you do not need to find every clue. However, a minimum of 100 points is required to qualify to win. Please include a few extra in case some items are rejected.
We're bored, and we know there's not much snow left, so a creative, funny or unique solution to a clue can earn 1 bonus point for that clue.
Please don't cheat! We're looking for original and creative work. Images taken from the internet or scanned from print materials will not be counted. If you think there might be a question about an image, put yourself in the photo, or think of a creative way to show us it's original.
Check back every couple of weeks for new clues, including some special clues worth extra points
